Midsummer is a big deal up north and we get a lot of requests to cater them,

whenever we do an office situation we know not everyone is Scandinavian

so we adjust our  menus accordingly

This was a meaty affair let me tell you but we still managed to slip in a vegetarian option here and there!

passed hors d’oeuvres followed by dinner straight off the grill!
